PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
Express Delivery: 2-3 business days

Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to all orders below ₹999.

Express delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

DELIVERY PARTNERS

We ship pan-India via trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and BlueDart. Our team carefully selects the best courier for your pin code to ensure timely and safe delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and a direct tracking link via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. Alternatively, visit our Track My Order page at any time for live updates.

FAILED DELIVERY & RE-ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
