ORDERS
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size and colour, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your details and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled. Please email us at info@rawcotton.net as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also visit our Track My Order page for live updates.
SIZING
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a Size Guide button that shows the exact garment measurements in inches. We recommend measuring your waist and comparing it to our size chart before ordering.
What if the size doesn't fit?
We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Simply email us at info@rawcotton.net with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Yes, our garments are true to size. However we always recommend checking the size chart on the product page as fit can vary slightly between styles. When in doubt, size up.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your payment information on our servers.
SHIPPING
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery takes 2-3 business days. Timelines begin from the date of dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India via trusted courier partners.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition with tags intact. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange page for full details.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
PRODUCT
What fabric do you use?
We use premium cotton and cotton-blend fabrics sourced for durability, comfort and a clean drape. Fabric details are mentioned on each product page.
How should I care for my Raw Cotton garments?
Machine wash cold with similar colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry. Iron on medium heat if needed. Following these care instructions will ensure your garment stays in great condition for longer.
